At the invitation of the Ministry of Education of China, H.E José Honório da Costa Pereira Jerónimo, the Minister of Higher Education and Science, led a delegation from the Ministry of Education to attend the forum summit and delivered an important speech.
As the organizers of the Second Cooperation and Development Forum, South China Normal University and Inspur Group made reports to the Minister and the Timor-Leste delegation.
South China Normal University reported to the delegation on the progress of the joint laboratory and future cooperation prospects, and plans to invest in the construction of a training center in Timor-Leste.
Inspur Group first congratulated the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste on its remarkable achievements in education in recent years!
It also expressed that Inspur is willing to contribute to Timor-Leste’s education, jointly promote cooperation and development between the two countries in the fields of smart education, artificial intelligence, knowledge base, etc., and looks forward to establishing a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with the Ministry of Education of Timor-Leste to jointly explore new models and new paths for educational innovation.
Finally, the H.E Minister Jose expressed his gratitude to the Chinese Ministry of Education for the invitation and to South China Normal University and Inspur Group for the organization and planning.
